International Blue Chip Organisation currently seeks an EMEA Infrastructure Manager. As the CCI Manager you will be responsible for the Management of all EMEA Computing & Communication Infrastructure activities, including but not limited to the management of the Cisco TCP*IP network infrastructure that supports their entire business globally on an enterprise and production basis and associated operating systems and middleware, 8 Data Centres in the UK and abroad, and a team of 8 made up of IP Engineers, DBA?s, Systems Administration, Enterprise IT Manager and Application Support. With the DC locations in mind you must have strong experience in management of co-locations in your previous role. You will also have strong experience in managing and maintaining large and complex DC?s and take responsibility for process, physical security, power issues, remote KVM and serial console issues, colo vendor relations and deployment standards. Furthermore you will be confident in contract negotiation, problem solving and used to working in an evolving environment and be familiar with the implications. Technology wise you will have strong understanding of global networks, strong Cisco, minimum 5 years in a similar role, TCP*IP Networking, Unix*Linux : Windows operating systems, Open source Software, and network architecture.
